What methods of cleaning do you use?

The method we use is steam cleaning, which is the #1 recommended method of cleaning by carpet manufacturers. Our hot water extraction method removes the toughest, deepest dirt safely and gently. Hot water and a specially formulated cleaning solution are injected deep within the carpet fibers. Then, a powerful suction extracts deep-down dirt, allergens, cleaning solution and 95% of the moisture.

Whats is considered a standard size room?

All pricing is based on a standard-sized room. We consider a standard-sized room to be any area up to 200 sq/ft. Anything over 200 sq/ft is to be considered two rooms.

Do I need to vacuum my carpets before the technicians arrive?

We highly recommend vacuuming prior to your appointment because removing as much debris and dirt from the carpet fiber prior to a cleaning can help ensure your carpet cleaner focuses on the deep down soiled-in dirt.

Does Carpet Valle move furniture?

The short answer is YES we do but its no included in our $19.95 per room special. Our technicians clean all of the areas around your furniture, so if there is a specific are under any furniture, please make sure to move it out of the carpeted area prior to our arrival. If you would like us to move furniture, you have the option of ordering the service along with your carpet cleaning when the technician is at your home. The pricing is $15 min. per room with pricing to be adjusted depending on the amount of furniture. Your technician will give you final pricing before the job is done.

How long it takes to clean my carpets or furniture?

Carpet cleaning on average, it can take about 20 minutes per room. This time can vary greatly depending on how soiled the carpet is and any necessary spot removal treatments. A Sofa can take anywhere from 20-45 minutes depending on conditions

How long before my carpet are completely dry?

Dry time depends on the condition of your carpet. It can take anywhere between 8-24 hours for the carpet to completely dry. Using fans in any rooms cleaned and turning your air conditioning or heating system on can help accelerate drying time.

How do you clean furniture?

We use our powerful hot water extraction cleaning process whenever possible, because it provides the deepest cleaning of all the possible methods. Some fabrics may require a more delicate cleaning system. A professionally trained technician will help you make a decision that best suits the needs of your furniture.
